Sign-On Bonus:
The $1,000 sign-on bonus will be paid after 90 days of successful employment and good standing.
Duties:
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools.
- Conduct repairs on vehicle components including engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, shocks & struts, and powertrain systems.
- Execute routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire services, wheel alignments, and vehicle inspections.
- Repair or replace systems including air brakes, ADAS features, and vehicle components.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and efficiently.
- Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Communicate findings clearly with the service advisor and team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Technician / Mechanic.
- Strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair across multiple vehicle types.
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostic software and schematics.
- Experience with diesel engine repair, transmissions, wheel alignments, suspension systems, and tire service.
- Mechanical knowledge of braking systems, drivetrains, and electrical systems.
- Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized shop equipment.
- ASE certification is a plus but not required.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to communicate repair information clearly.
